My name is Leonid Vorobev, and I am an architect. I graduated from the Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Sibstrin) with a degree in Architecture, and I specialize in 3D visualization of interior spaces using the 3dsMax + Corona program.

Terms of cooperation
- Edits
- 3 rounds of editing are included in the price per square meter. The editing circle is a list of minor changes that do not affect the basic geometry or changes to the technical specifications. (Light, color, material, moving, changing models)
- In addition to the original set of edits, there are also some further changes related to the fundamental changes. These additional changes will incur an additional 30% of the total cost of the work.
- Deadlines
- The rough rendering process takes 2-3 days per room, depending on the complexity of the project. The more detailed the terms of reference are, the faster the process will be.
- Cost of work
- The cost of visualization starts at $11 per square meter. The total cost will be determined after reviewing your requirements.
- If there is no technical specification, and you need a design based on your references, then the cost starts from $18 per square meter.
- Payment and interactionPayment in two installments:
- 50% after submitting the terms of reference and agreeing on the final cost;
- The remaining part is before sending the original files in high quality (2500 pixels on the larger side, noise 2-3%) to the mail or providing a link to the disk*
*Interaction via email. I send the pictures of the final renderers with a watermark, if you are satisfied with the result, then after receiving the funds, I will provide you with the original images by mail / disk or in another way convenient for you.
